Almost there, but let's wait for the rest to show theirs. I'm not optimistic though.

Why spoil AMD's marketing of the "relatively compact design that fits in any case" with this brick? lol
Well they didn't really. The reference models will still be the same size. Clearly, they're aiming at gamers with sarcophagus-sized cases.
hmm 7900xtx elite 3.5 slots so what they will do with 7950xt or 7990xt models? just include a bucket with ice?
You might be on to something there!
That card in the bottom picture really looks like a brick.
Unfortunately, that's what most cards in this generation look like. The RTX 4090 looks like a cinder block.
The Aorus Elite is supposedly slightly fatter. None of the XTX's are exactly petit.
Well, Level1Techs did easily fit a reference XTX into a small mATX case that couldn't fit an RX 6900 XT or RTX 3090. There's no way that's happening with this one though.
eh, boring, boring, and way too big
I'm afraid that's what video cards have all become.
Why do AIBs think that we need these super huge GPUs. At this point I will be weighing the difference between the cost of a reference card with a waterblock vs the As Rock Aqua. I am really disappointed in Sapphire.

Why did sapphire put the RGB on the slot side?
As insane as it looks and sounds, I'm sure that someone will think it's cool. I don't know who, but they're out there.
I will go for the reference design myself, these are way to big but the Sapphire does look sharp imo.
Yeah, if I were in the market for an XTX, I'd be looking at the reference model as well.
I'd kill to see that Sapphire card in person. You can bet that since it's a Sapphire card, it'll be as cool as a cucumber, too.
Yep, that's definitely one of Sapphire's greatest strengths.

Another moronic design, 3.5 slot and RGB strips in underside of the cards. I mean like, how you gonna see it? If it two sides then yeah you definitely see partially.
Stop being so intelligent and logical. There's always going to be enough weirdos who like RGB no matter where it is!

I'm not sure what Sapphire are doing, but each gen the design looks less and less appealing to me. If it's the same for the 7800XT, I might try to buy a reference instead.
I could say I'm disappointed with Sapphire as well. Reference is still their design though. So It makes it even more difficult to approve their design freedom.

Perhaps not partially but indirectly while it illuminates the nearby space on the motherboard.

Vertical mount

Even in this case, the user should not see the lights directly but the light reflected by the nearby surfaces.
