The biggest problem with scaling is on new games. After 5 driver versions and 3 game updates it is expected to have better scaling. But I don`t like playing games year after they are released. I would better buy one faster and cheaper VGA card later on. Many will argue that they use SLI and CFIRE and they dont have any slowdowns. That is because they are doing sli with two fast cards of which only one is powerful enough to run the game. I`m just saying that your scores show great scaling if only those same scores would be valid for new releases.
