What was the problem in your case?
Cant be 100% sure , but the problem was that i was getting some random reboots under some loads, i have OC on RAM and undervolt (with CO - Curve Optimizer) on the CPU, what i did was to relax just a little bit the RAM OC and the CPU curve and moved the GPU power Cable into the second connector, my PSU has 2 PCIE 8 pin Power connectors (my GPU only uses 1x8), the Voltage readings from HWINFO are the same anyway.

Reboots under OC are expected. Gamecrashes on savegame loading or menu only games crashes are weird af. Playing games in max details without crashes in this screnario makes it more weird. Btw can gpu be bios flashed or bios reset?

I dont know if it was the OC or not because it was stable for months , all this started to happen after a MB BIOS update.
Yes , GPU vBIOS can be reflashed but i dont recommend you do it unless someone else flashed another vBIOS at some point or you find a newer version.
You should also try a different storage just to be sure its not the SSD (if its a SATA SSD you can also change the port on the motherboard)

CMOS battery reset + SSD sata slot changed in mobo .. BOOM no more witcher3 savegame load crash :) idk which of the 2 did the trick but i am happy for now. Will keep testing other games
