Personally I usually don't clean/repaste that often, but if I change hardware, I clean the most dust and other crap as well.

Sorry guys for renewing the old topic. Yesterday I was bored and sitting and "fixed" this card. The clocks did not change until the TDP went below 20%. After testing and checking the card with various diagnostic programs, its watt values are still scary. Only a modified bios revived it. The screenshot is taken from the idle. I would like to ask someone who knows more about the GPU for any suggestions and help regarding the current watt consumption of this card.

That reading is clearly false, the card has a hardware issue and no software can fix that.

It's funny to see the GPU chip alone eating more power than the GPU chip + other components of the card together (board power). :D

I agree with the others above - faulty card, and a pretty old one. As car insurers would put it, "uneconomical to repair". ;)
