GTX 670 is recognized for My PC as GTX 680 doesnt work

Filling in some additional info about the missing/damaged resistors around the screw area. I gathered this off of my GTX760 which has an almost identical layout but values could still vary between the models! These were measured on the PCB which can skew the actual values of the resistors!
Can't spot possible further damage with the pictures provided.

I would first try and replace all the missing/damaged components on the card. Just search on Google -> Images, there has to be a high resolution image of the card.
I'm curious if the card is actually unlocked to all 1536 shaders.

I dont think so, this is a problem of file, Today installed an Amd R9290X and it apeared display windows and later installed the drivers and changed the info on the GPU Z, I thought the gpu card was damaged!

Which card exactly do you have? If it is the same type&model, then positions of resistors are the same. You can also put normal resistors on it, SMD not necessary, just for saving space.
