i finally got Gainwad GTX470, at discount, new, with two years of warranty for 120 euros (it is repaired by Gainward, so that is why is so cheap)... I looks like that I got solid chip: I Oced it in MSI Afterburner, core 850, 1700 shaders, memory 2000... I maxed voltage to 1087.
I hope that is a nice OC.
In Furmark. with all max settings, and extreme burn in, Temp got 98 C, but the noise is unbelievable :D. When I play Witcher 2, on high settings, full hd resolution, I got around 45 FPS, and temps are around 85 C, with fan working on auto on 60 speed, so the noise is not too heavy.
Im pretty content :)

Have you even read the thread? The 560 is a pure Mhz card. Other hand, the 470 simply has a better chip onboard than the 560. It is a better make card; you can not compare both per-clock.
