difference is, janus DRM is supported by virtually every mp3 player that is not an iPod or a Zune, whereas fairplay DRM is exclusive to the iPod. Wish napster worked with your iPod? well, that's apple's fault.

Additionally, i think all current online music buying systems are completely atrocious. CDs FTW.

but napster can still sell music.

This really is a completely difference market, because the company itself isn't responsible for their products, instead the music companys are.

Distribution mechanism's aren't quite under the average "business" rules.

Whereas the Macbook just cleans the clock with every other laptop available. Because its designed well.
