just tried a 4.8 run on my chip.. i was gonna add an extreme benching bios profile to go with my more normal everyday ones.. to find a rough vcore starting point i bunged in a fixed 1.4.. the machine refused to boot into the bios never mind windows.. i upped the vcore to 1.45 it still would not get to the bios.. it reverted to its standby bios..

at this point i gave up.. and lost all my carefully arrived at profiles.. he he

no new thread for me thanks.. but if someone questions something i have said i will debate.. we all know that the extra voltage plus the extra work done creates more heat..
