Help- No GOP (Graphis Output Protocol) On My Sapphire Radeon Pulse RX570

Ok good. Make sure the bios file is located in that same folder.

Open your start menu type in cmd.
Right click the cmd icon and open with administrator privileges/rights.

At the cmd prompt type in CD\ and press enter until you just see C:/ at the prompt.

Then type in DIR to know the name of the folder.

Then type in CD/C:/**** (replace the **** with the name of the folder the tool is in) and press enter

Get a screenshot and let me know you are at that point

Sorry about the delay. I had another card I installed. A Zotec GT 1030. It booted into secure boot no problem. Because the Radeon card was under warranty I contacted Althon Micro and told them what happened. They issued me an RMA so I am going to send the card to them. Who knows. They might be able to fix this one, or if not I might get a better card free. :)

There was an alternative method for forcing the bios update. The reason you got that message before is because dev ID and ssid exactly match. Sapphire may have had a very old bios on that card.

With the card being brand new from last year We could of gotten itcworking with yhe correct uefi bios

Please keep us informed when you get the card back

Sapphire RX 570 Pulse ITX 8GB video card csm mode to uefi mode not working. Screen on "input not supported" error. UEFİ mode selected, unknown device message. GOP not working.

I tried to install the ROM file on the site with the methods you said, but "Subsystems mismatsch" or "P/N mismatch" report. I tried the CMD method, it gave an error again.
Help, please
