Priority should be towards temperature, and set it to 87c.

I enabled everything related to GPU in MSI and the fans are normal.

No, its my modified BIOS. In Nvidia control panel, set power management to 'prefer maximum performance'.

When I put another BIOS I end up having to format the PC and rewrite the primary BIOS for the secondary one, but this time I didn't have the bug with the drivers yet.
But look how it looks.

And restart to apply
