physically, its side case open 24/7.
internally, just do benching and overclocking and testing, after that no need to monitor anything. Masha ALLAH everything's working fine.

bTW, REalTemp/Prime95/IBT/Valley/MSI AB/AIDA64 are my most usable programs for testing and monitoring CPU/GPU stability.

@OP for monitoring PSU voltages of +12v rail, please use AIDA64 program, this will show not 100%accurate but most probably good figure better than anyother program for voltages.

OK

Hoping this proves that HWMon is the issue rather than my PSU. ( i'm doing that nervous running on the spot thing that Homer does)

I usually don't monitor anything unless something goes wrong. If my overclock and temps are so unstable that I need to watch it all the time, then I did it wrong. I'm too busy to worry about everything I use my tower for, forget staring at temperatures and clock speeds and when I do monitor, I really just needs temps so Core Temp and MSI Afterburner do a good job by themselves.

As it stands right now, I actually have no overclock because I don't notice a difference with or without it to be honest... except in benchmarks which typically are a poor reason to run a 24/7 OC.
