I just change stuff to delayed start if it takes awhile to load on boot up and is irritating or disable it from starting.

15-20 seconds, with B650E-F Strix v1602, my previous AM4 system was noticeably faster

10 secs or less is definitely doable with PCIe4 drives maxed out in read/write speeds. Happens all the time on my Rocket lake system with the OS drive in that slot.

ASRock B450M PRO4-F R2.0, Lexar NM790 2TB @PCI Express 3.0 Downgraded to Windows 10 Pro because it feels overall faster and more snappy OS than Windows 11 Pro. Fast boot does nothing in terms of speed increase only problems for AMD driver. That's why it's disabled.

I still have enough time to make a Latte Macchiato, drink a bit of it whilst having a smoke in the morning. When i get to my PC after that he is started. If he would start faster i would be in need to change my morning procedure. So thats real fine, I'm on work and not at a escape.

Like 25 seconds for my 5800X3D, a god deal slower then my 10600k.
But it loads games much faster and plays cutscene's faster, and have better game experience then 10´th gen.

(Win 10) using an online stopwatch on second computer. There's a slight delay me stopping the clock, so I would say around 22s flat to get to the login screen.

Takes about 4 or 5 minutes to reach usable Windows desktop. I treat my computer like cattle, not pets; everything's disposable and rebuildable at a whim, just using sane defaults these software products ship with.

1st minute or so BMC / BIOS init
10 seconds to decide which kernel to boot
2-3 minutes for Linux boot up, more time if there's periodic disk checks etc.
4-5 minutes for VMs to initialise, run qemu hooks (hugepages, cpu affinities, passthru devices etc) and finally boot up
