I'm trying to figure this out. I have all voltages set to unlimited. CPU current max set to 140%, LLC 4, Typical SVID behavior.
Asus enhancement on the mobo set to remove all limits.. Idk what is limiting my OC but once I start stressing it that throttle pops up..
I've scoured a lot of forums about this and nobody has a definitive solution that I have found.
Any ideas?

also doesn’t hurt to make sure XTU has you in maximum performance mode.

Cache throttles. You have set power savings or Balanced mode with c-states enabled. It's normal. cache throttles and boosts just like the cores, but for whatever reason, it triggers the flag.

Wanna see always No, then run c-states disabled and winders in performance mode.

I can disable c states? Lol
I read in a few places that I shouldn’t mess with it so I just kind of avoided messing with it.
Are there specifics C states I need to disable or like all of them?
Windows is in performance mode I think though. Power options right?
I skyways set high performance in power plans and on my GPU. Never power savings.

Anyway I think I found the solution. It’s an actual voltage limitation that is separate.

Running CB atm. All Ecore at 47.
PCores 63x4 and 62x2 and 60x2.
They seem to like downclocking to 59-60 and 46ish under load though which is annoying lol
Wish I could figure out how to get an all core 60 stable. TVB is only set to drop it to 60 so idk… lol

I’ll probably edit the OP soon but it’s locked right now so here’s the new video I did where I really nailed down what it is that’s causing it in the bios. The old video had been removed by me.
