I get low fps and stutters when I have a good gaming laptop

Hi,
You can always exclude which ever drivers you wish to just review the list and uncheck...
It's a quicker way to get basic functionality for laptops back in a couple clicks.
Webcam/ microphone/ touch pad/ wifi/ sound/..
Desktop yeah not really needed but laptops are a tad different.

I got ASUS TUF F15 that also runs high temps, well most new laptops do since its thin and don't have many vent holes on them. You can undervolt but if its too advanced you can limit the maximum processor state to 99% that will disable turbo, hence running cooler. Don't worry about losing performance as its worse if you run thermal limit and CPU runs at idle clock

ASUS Armoury crate consumes resources, consider uninstalling it and download G-Helper. Lightweight and got all settings in Armoury Crate in simple UI.

Throttlestop only works with Intel CPU so idk the Ryzen equivalent. You can use MSI Afterburner to undervolt the RTX 2060. Guides are all over Youtube.

Is the fact that the fps drop occur when my gpu usage drop related to throttling ?
