You stated your budget and that's great. But you neglected to tell us the primary use for this computer. Is it for school or work papers? Social media and watching videos? Playing games only? Connecting to a home theater or what?

You said you have a 750 Ti. Is that it? So you also need a monitor? What size? What about keyboard and mouse? Speakers? OS?

Thats a really tight budget if you need all hardware parts and mouse, keyboard, monitor, OS, minus the graphics card...

No i only need the computer , cpu with aftermarket cooler if possible ,motherboard ,ram ,psu ,case and the ssd. Use will be light , movies and some moba games which the 750 ti can do just fine. Also i got an OS already so the budget is only for the hardware

You can certainly save some money by getting a CPU that comes with an OEM cooler. Contrary to what many want us to believe, OEM coolers are quite capable, even with mild to moderate overclocking - assuming a properly cooled case.

I recommend you buy as much RAM as you think you will ever need now - even if that means buying a lessor CPU for now.

Do you prefer Intel or AMD processors?

To be honest, at that budget you can't make anything "future-proof" , but if it is a MOBA PC, then it is a bit easier.

Basically all you need is i3-6100, a cheap H110 motherboard and some RAM.
Throw it all into a cardboard box, and you have a working PC.

On a serious note, check out this build:
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/RDx8QV

Plug in your GTX750Ti, and start saving for next year's AMD Vega GPU.

P.S. with mainstream CPUs you don't really need aftermarket cooling. Especially today.

I would like if possible to get an i5 inside this.
Serious though, that pc is on GBP not on EUR , its about 80-100 out of budget but im pretty okay getting an i5 for this pc so it fits in budget just fine, the thing im worried about , 360w is enough for any future GPU upgrades ? Is that motherboard a good one? at 30eur more or so i can get a z170 gigabyte k3 one. Thanks for the help !

That build is good (silentbogos). If you want an i5 replace the i7 with an i5 6500 and also I would go for a psu with at least 500 watts. The rest is fine.

Motherboard is fine unless you want to overclock but then you need another cpu too which also increases the price a lot.

And before anyone has a cow about the 350 watt PSU:
Even with ridiculous loads such a system would never see during normal use, the maximum power I could get my chosen configuration to pull was 304 W. A couple more drives might make those numbers go up just a bit, but we're talking about a mechanical and an M.2 SSD as the only possible options. I used an MSI GAMING GTX 970 and an Intel i7-6700K as well as two 8 GB SO-DIMMs (the maximum supported is 32 GB), so any configuration below these specs should have no problems whatsoever in running for a long time without stressing FPS's 350W power supply.

What do you guys think of this :

OCZ trion 150 240gb
2x8gb g.skill 2400mhz cl11
ASUS 970 PRO GAMING/ AURA V2.2
AMD FX-8320E
XFX XTR 550w
NZXT Source 340
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

Is it worth getting the amd 8-core over the i5 6500 ? it will save me about 80eur which are spent on better case / psu .
Also it fits the budget perfectly :D

Edit: Is it worth to wait for those 80eur and just go for the same stuff plus i5 6500, and a ASUS B150 PRO GAMING instead ?

Get Intel, or wait until January for AMD "Zen". The AM3+ socket is end of life.

Okay man, i will wait then to get intel , thanks

If you want performance on a budget, scour the interwebs for a Haswell or Broadwell i5-K, stick a 20-25 euro tower cooler on it and go wild. You'll have a top-end mainstream rig and all it costs is 10% performance per clock over a Skylake build, at probably 2/3 or even half the price. You'll also get to buy much cheaper DDR3 RAM instead of DDR4, and again, performance difference is negligible.

Do you plan to overclock? And do you have hard drive or you need one?

Here are 3 example builds:

If you don't plan to overclock and have a HDD (622e):

If you plan to overclock and have a HDD (606e):

If you don't plan to overclock and dont have a HDD (615e):

If you don;t plan to ever overclock you can further bring down the cost by buying a H170 or B150 motherboard.

You didn't mention whether you need monitor, peripherals...

Here is one configuration for 595 € without GPU, monitor and peripherals:

You didn't mention whether you need monitor, peripherals...

Here is one configuration for 595 € without GPU, monitor and peripherals:

I will be needing peripherals but they are extra , 600euro are for the computer only without the GPU .
The one i think i will go for is very similar to the one you posted but instead there is no HDD or DVD and the psu i think is the xfx xtr 550 which is higher quality and for case the nzxt s340.
The HDD can be added later if necessary , same for the DVD burner.
Thanks

You cannot add DVD drive in NZXT case. Personally, I would stay away from NZXT and Fractal, regardless of their popularity, for two reasons: they don't have DVD slots (you can place also fan controllers in DVD slot, which is a nice thing) and they are too expensive for what they offer. There are other good cases for reasonable price such as Zalman R1, Zalman Z9 Neo, Deepcool Dukase V2, Deepcool Tesseract SW, Sharkoon VS4-W and they are almost twice cheaper than hyped NZXT.

XFX XTR is good, but pretty much any PSU from reputable manufacturers will do, unless you plan to push your PC over the limits. Anyway, check Enermax Maxpro 600W, which is an excellent PSU for reasonable price. I think its about 60€ in Germany.

You don't really need a 100 euro PSU in a 600e system. I think you should better invest these money in better cpu, bigger ssd or better mobo. The cx550m is a very solid psu. I had mine running with a overclocked fx-6300 and my 7950 which under full occt psu stress test would pull ~500w from the socket. With my i5 I pull about ~400w heavily overclocked and with current and future gpus pulling much less you won't need more than that in all honesty.

Also if you don't get a K cpu and you don't overclock the stock cooler is good enough. I ran my 2500k with a stock pentium g630 cooler for a while until I got money to get good water aio to be able to push it further.

Well a 30euro cooler to get cooler and quieter than stock is worth it i think ,
for the psu i do agree its a bad choice for this price point but i do want to get a good component one ,
although if you say that the corsair one will do fine then i might grab that and save 40-50 eur or so.
The most problem i have is choosing a motherboard from b150 h170 z170 being so close in price they are confusing.
