i need help with a ebay rx580 8gb 2048sp

Remove cooler and make picture of the PCB. Bios doesn't seems to be the correct one for this card.

here it is this was my first time removing the cooler of a gpu i just felt wrong to do ngl hopefully this helps and we can get this solved soon! note: my monitor has been stuck at this weird low resolution since first boot with the gpu

Can you tell me what is written on the memory chips? I noticed something like Samsung K4G80325FC is written on the memory chips. Can you confirm?
Normally a RX580 2048SP has a eight in PCI-e power. Your card has six.

Though these Chinese Frankenstein cards can be anything, there isn't a standard for them. They just put these together for scrapped cards and sell them as new.
People just should stop buying these (should've never bought these at all).

my amdvbflash didn't come with the thing to upload the rom
I flashed now theres no display but the gpu gets warm

No screen on all outputs? Do you have onboard graphics?
amdvbflash allows you to backup if you use the correct parameters.
This guy has the same PCB but different memory (DO NOT FLASH). The card he uses has a D00033 boot message. We need to keep looking for a bios with the same boot message but also with Samsung FC support:

Hello, I bought a AMD RX580 8GB 2048SP, But I think that the graphic chipset on this thing is wrong. She can't go over 1250mhz of memory clock and 958mhz of clock without crashing. Already tried a lot of drivers from 470, 570 to 580. Nothing seens to work. My best results was with Adrenaline...

Make sure it is brand new in box, not used, otherwise a RX 6600.
