Hello everyone,
the company I work for has replaced my laptop from an i5 11th gen something/Quadro T500/16GB to i7 12850HX/RTX A2000/32GB.
Just out of curiosity I was looking how it performs in general, and noticed that the 12800HX is way faster in R23.
I looked at the specs etc. but I can't figure out why it is like that.
What am I missing?
By the way, the laptop is used for CAD, modelling, photogrammetry, laser scanning data processing etc. and it's one of the best on the market (excluding monsters like Ryzen 9 7945HX
).
It's actually faster than my desktop (5800X3D) although I don't use my one for anything other than gaming.
