Is it bad to have 2 crooked screws on motherboard standoffs ?

Some mobos have circuit wiring near the bolt holes, and it can be damaged.
My old Asus P5QC, lost the second memory channel when I replaced the CPU cooler. But i repaired it with some soldering.
