is my throttlestop undervolt correct?

can someone please tell me how to get cache ratio back to default as it is currently stuck at 34 as below. and i believe this is why ts is not currently working for me.

It looks like you were originally trying to use ThrottleStop when core isolation memory integrity was enabled. Delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file, reboot and everything should work.

The screenshot you posted shows that something VBS related is enabled. Did you check core isolation memory integrity? A Windows Update can enable that again.

Follow the links in my signature to disable everything that is VBS related.

Run msinfo. It will likely show that virtualization based security is enabled.
