I've bought a MSI 1660 TI Armor OC on ebay, I'm trying to find out if the bios has been changed to a mining one

The bios is 90.16.4d.00.f3, it is listed here but says it is unverified, does this mean it is modified from the stock one and unofficial? Should I change it to this one which is verified?

If I'm not mistaken starting with the second generation Maxwell all the VBIOS images are digitally signed and cannot be modified which means it's still an official VBIOS.

Everything about your VBIOS is the same as for the original except the revision:

Yours: MSINV375MH.423
Original: MSINV375MH.420

I wouldn't flash an earlier VBIOS because no one knows why MSI released an updated one.

An unverified Bios simply means it has not yet been checked prior to addition into the main Bios collection.
