Kingston NV3

which Tool u use for the pSLC Cache / Write Intensive Usage Tests?
I wrote my own, but you can replicate it with pretty much any benchmark tool. Just write 1M sequential QD1 to the drive, record write speed and plot in Excel

In the past I used HD Tune but found out with some SSDs it shows unbelieveable results. I think HD Tune uses compressable data, with AIDA64 the results looks more realistic, to bad 7.xx-version of AIDA64 don´t have this benchmark any longer :)

Not only do they specify TBW and TLC but also the controller, which is rare. You risk (huh?) getting Kioxia TLC instead of Micron TLC, though.

That´s more info than most of the competitors give us ;)

With actual controllers is it possible to reach very high write speeds, max. 1/4 of the capacity (empty SSD). So if they wrote xxxxMB/s they can switch from TLC to QLC and the specs/infos for the product could be the same.

"The four flash chips are Kioxia 162-layer 3D QLC NAND. Each chip has a capacity of 1 TB." Funny, I thought 4x 1TB is 4TB, not 2TB. Someone forgot to sanity check.
