Last game you purchased?

Just went way retro.. Ports of Call (classic version).

This game was released December 1, 1986. Yes, 1986, nearly 40 years ago!

I spent many, many hours playing this on a Commodore Amiga 500 when I was a kid. When I saw it was ported to Steam in its original form, I just had to grab it.

The entire game is less than 5MB download lol.

There is an updated version 'Ports of Call Deluxe 3D 2024' but apparently it has a few bugs, however I was going to go with the original regardless because it would be rude not to, really.

Nostalgia plus. Yay!

Never spent a single EUR and got that game also as a donation :D

The only thing I hated that it didn't have my parts :(

Intravenous II Supporter Bundle, stumbled upon the review of it on Sunday:

Really loving it so far. Based on the feedback from developer the game really blew up after that review, they have over 100k copies sold which is massive for small dev.

Blacktail, on a Steam special, going to give it a try later today ...............

Just now. I'm going to endure early access for this. Kinda feels natural, or something, given the game in question

Its a Unity game alright, let's get that out there right away :P
But... underneath the browsergame-tier GUI there is the good old familiar clunky movement, and an actual MMO feel. Its like being back in WoW vanilla. This is hitting a special nerve I gotta say. In a good way

I just bought the Guild Wars Master Collection for $8

You can use AI party members to run the entire game now from what I understand, and I always wanted to experience this game. Never got around to it. Love the art more than GW2 for some reason, so yeah this should be fun. Can't beat it for $8. I'd rather do this with AI party members than that early access game.

If anyone ends up buying this and wants to join me, I will probably start up my character later this week or weekend. Hoping to hit max level and really immerse myself in it. Assuming the leveling is not too bad, I assume like most old MMO's, it's been revamped to be easier to level by now.

A used physical copy of DRIVECLUB (PS4) bought in Japan.
The few times I’m glad that physical copies are still a thing.
No DLC though, I think. Which suuuuucks.

oh you went to Japan recently with @witkazy ? did you go together or what? why tpu members traveling together and not inviting me, i work remote, i go with all of you, lol

I am waiting for free Botanicula tomorrow on Epic, seems like a kids-friendly game. We can have some fun in the family.

Really contemplating if I should get Wild Assault. But what I suspect is, it takes too long to get to the battle when you respawn and that's a deal breaker for me.

rookie numbers. I have 7-10k hours into the game. ;)

troll whats GIF

You simply embraced Guildwars. I was born in it.

@Space Lynx.

Just a warning. There are some missions where Companion Ai makes things harder or its harder because companions are Ai. A lot of missions are immensely difficult because Companion Ai doesnt act or think like humans do and you have to micromanage them to get through it.

you just form a party with AI bots is all, and just go around on your own. its basically a single player experience, but yes online connection is still required, so i get your point
