Given its rumoured configuration, the 4060 Ti should be easily faster than the 7600 XT. That shouldn't be a problem for AMD as the smallest RDNA3 should be much cheaper than the 4060 Ti too. The 4060 Ti is also unlikely to be much faster than the 3070 so it should only be 15 to 20% faster than the 3060 Ti for a higher price.

15% faster is unlikely due to its 128 bit bus 48 Rops and 4352 Cuda that are less in every aspect, it's probaly even 5% slower than 3060Ti
4070 has 45% more clock that also makes up for the 64 Rops, same Cuda as predecessor and still only 25% faster.

I have my mind set on getting an RX 6000 card over another Nvidia card as an upgrade to my 1660 Super, but I am interested in seeing how the 7600XT will perform against the 4060/Ti. As dated as my card is though, I reckon even something like a 6650XT would be a huge improvement for 1080p gaming....

tbh nvidia 40 series is very powerful but it is crippled by its high price, i guess they dont want to raise the performance level to high
for example from the gtx 9 series to 10 series... GTX980 to 1080 was double in performance,
vote with your wallets peeps
Power consumption is ridiculous on them
