I managed 33500 r23 multicore without disabling background stuff and processes using your guide, V549, awesome. Am I supposed to be constantly thermal throttling during the run? If I'm not supposed to be throttling, that's a pretty good score isn't it? I've been adjusting mv boost, cache ratio, those two do have a significant role. I didn't realise that the mv boost adjusts the IA voltage offset in HWinfo.

In a single R23 run, you shouldn't be thermal throttling. In a 10-minute run, you will likely be thermal throttling. There's no need to adjust mV boost or cache ratio outside of what's mentioned in the guide.
