I'm new in undervolting but after some videos a lot of reading threads in this forum and 3-4 days of Benchmarks i Have finishing undervolting my laptop.
I'm going to use it for music production so i need consistency in my CPU power.I check Disable and Lock Turbo Power Limits after I copy RwDrv.sys file in Throttlestop's folder and change the Turbo Boost Long Power Max from 28 to 35 W.
Running again the Cinebench R20 didnt see any changes.After Short Power Turbo Boost my boost power was again near 28W and a PL! limit is red. Does my laptop have an internal regulator and my Turbo Boost Powers are limited from there?

Yes. Many laptops use the EC to force power limits. You cannot use ThrottleStop to get beyond these limits. Your U CPU has a 15W TDP limit so being able to run it at 28W long term is not bad at all. Could be better but I have seen some hard locked to 15W.

Can I get around of this problem by lowering turbo boost short power limit to 35w and put turbo time limit to max.
Any suggestions to my settings ?

There is a turbo power limit and turbo time limit set internally. No way around this limit. The lowest power and time limit always wins.

So thats my cpu's tuning limits.Should I go and undervolting my NVidia GPU. Will this help my Performance?

If youre using your pc to music production, Im 100% sure you want to turn off C1E, speedstep from your system and set speedsift to 0 for the start.

After that can you post your latencymon screenshot.

This was my default profile plugged in.
I Had that in mind and i make a "Music Production" Profile with c1e disabled and speed shift 0 I also disabled turbo since Avid says that is responsible for drops when recording.
Will you recommend disabling Turbo Boost?

No I dont have a problem.Since I'm new in undervolting I was not sure if everything I do was ok or because I dont fully understand all the parameters I could do something more.
My main question was that I wanted a long boost power to 35w and I cant since its locked by EC.
The laptop is new I optimize and debloat windows 10 disable services and start up programs and set up the custom power profile.So I'm trying to gain the best from the hardware it has.
Should I undervolt the Nvidia GPU or since its not for games there is no significant difference in performance?
My scores are Cinebench R20=1922 and Cinebench R15 CPU=824 and user Benchmarks :

After these you get rid of most of things u dont need. I think you can undervolt both gpus -125mV but leave it to that. You just want to get low latency without dropouts.

For the main question I think you just have to live with power limits or buy another laptop.

The oo-software is very good i aslo run it and checked all.Thank you for your suggestions.
I tested and when i have cpu cashe undervolting more than -100mV have crashes when i run cinebench R15 so decide to stop at -100.In the cpu core i can undervolting more i have gone to -150 and -160 but my benchmarks was worse than -140mV settings.
Should i undervolt the Nvidia GPU with MSI afterburner too?

No I dont think you should. I think its good for your use after undervolting with throttlestop. Use only one software to undervolt, dont mix.

Just make sure you disable all powersawing things with usb etc

According to Intel your 15W CPU has a configurable TDP of 25W Max, so setting it at 35W is a waste of time.
As it has onboard graphics, disable the Nvidia GPU in the Nvidia control panel if you do not need it for video production or gaming.
Your onboard graphics are capable enough for everyday tasks and this should allow more consistent power to the CPU.

Not a big diffirence about 50μsec and 1% less ram usage.Do you have noticed any conflict with ASIO and Nvidia drivers?
When I set up the laptop gonna do more tests with larger projects and recording.
Another problem I noticed is latency spikes from APCI.sys but only in some runs.Any knowledge in this matter ?

Try this.

I cant get lower when streaming by roon+tidal+flac and upsampling everything before dac and I have pretty fast connection

This post is off topic now but maybe all these gonna help some other users.
After doing some search and read some forums many people have problems with the APCI.sys for different driver reasons.
Mine seems to be the Nvidia digital sound driver in Task Manager --> Audio that i didnt see to deactivate.
I run some 1 hour test with Latency Mon and all seems to be smooth after deactivate it.
Now with nvidia GPU enable and Nvidia services have 490μsec latency and with only the Intel GPU 450μsec.
It seems for light recording use this laptop works fine.
Since there are a lot of people here that knows of pc builds I would like to make one more question.
I want to have two external hard disk with the laptop.
An SSD for sample libraries and a HHD for the projects and keep the internal SSD for windows and plugins.
I also want to have a Dock station (looking at https://www.caldigit.com/ts3-plus/) to connect two external monitors but I'm not sure for the compatibility with this Lenovo.
The intel GPU supports up to 3 monitors.
Any suggestions for external hard discs and docking stations?
