Hello, i just noticed limit reasons and have a hard time understanding what i need to do, to fix these errors. I get these errors after a gaming session and not when im idling. I will attach pictures of my settings and thank you in advance.
Boxes lighting up in Limit Reasons are not really errors. They are just telling you why your CPU is throttling and not running at max speed. The most important ones are under the CORE column of Limit Reasons. The one that says THERMAL is a problem. Your CPU is overheating and thermal throttling (slowing down) when power consumption is only 92 Watts. Are you using the original Intel OEM heatsink and fan on the CPU? Have you cleaned out the dust in recent memory or ever? If you can improve cooling that will improve performance a little.to fix these errors

YupFirst of all sorry for taking so long and thank you for taking your time, the thing is i have the original intel heatsink and i've already read in other posts that its not really doing what it should do, i've also cleaned up my pc like 2 months ago, replaced thermal paste, removed dust. Is there nothing else i can do to stop throttling expect buying a new cooler?
The Intel OEM cooler is doing exactly what it was designed to do. It provides enough cooling to allow your CPU to run at close to full speed for the majority of work loads. Your decision or your motherboard's decision to set both turbo power limits to 4095 Watts is running your CPU out of spec. The Intel OEM heatsink was not designed for that.i have the original intel heatsink and i've already read in other posts that its not really doing what it should do
