I'm not glad it's banned. I really don't see why anyone would be glad. This is the same as burning books. Senseless censorship.

It has an Adult Only rating. It's meant for adults, and adults are old enough to make their own decisions. Governments shouldn't be making these decisions for us.

If you don't like senseless gore, don't buy the game, but leave those of us that do like it, the choice to buy it.

So it's ok for adults to buy and play games like Quake 4/ Gears of war or any other 18 rated game involving a severe amount of (highly entertaining) killing but not when it comes to Manhunt 2 from Rockstar? I smell something fishy here beyond censorship!

If you are unable to make a differentiation between the Manhunt games and games such as Quake and GOW then that leaves me slightly bemused. This is not senseless censorship. This is people portraying themselves as murderers (in nothing but plotless cold blood) in a computer game, and then trying to take a moral stance on the situation. It is absurd.

If Hitler had had a computer game, it would have looked like the Manhunt series.

this is sooo much BS. Computer games are just media - if you start banning media intended for adults just in case some kids get hold of it, pretty soon you will have no adult movies or books :rolleyes:
