Missing nvidia control panel after using nvcleanstall with latest drivers

Missing nvidia control panel on right click menu on windows 11 and will not load either when using taskbar icon on the bottom right menu.

This is using the latest drivers with nvcleanstall

with latest drivers as u can see

Did you select NVAPP with all dependencies? or just "Legacy Control Panel" ?

i know i selected NVAPP with all dependencies. im pretty sure

im going to reinstall and do it all over again, now that you mentioned that.

so after reinstalling it nvidia control panel loads but now it doesnt wanna apply the settings that ive changed , it keeps saying access denied

and it seems to be a issue with others, searching on google/reddit. some are having the same issue
and i have a 3070 regular, not Ti

tried reinstalling twice, still have same message with nvidia control panel, access denied to apply settings

What if you select NVApp, let it install its dependncies, which includes the legacy control panel. Does it work now?
