Well that's weird. I've just rencently changed platform ( went from haswell to Ryzen) and all I had to was to to click on modify the product key, enter the windows 8.1 pro key that i bought 5 years ago, and voilà. Windows 10 pro was activated. However in my case my error code wasn't the same, it was 0x803f7001 for me, looks like the step aren't the same for you.
