If you don't like it get something else. MSi is just trying to fill some market and make some $$$. They are a business afterall, and businesses have to make $$$

Besides MSi has a butt load of "budget" gear for thrifty enthusiast too

Until I see a 7970/GTX680 Single Slot full-cover WB my setup still remains the same.

If you were interested enough you would know that you could purchase a single slot header for like $8 and put in on a reference 79xx board with FCWB and be done. Right? But you knew that. Because it is/was so important to you

Maybe MSI could do something similar but using that nice shiny EK water block?

But you can overclock the shit out of your GPU and have a quiet system, you just need more radiator surface

Because I want to use some of the 1x/4x slots in between the 16x slots. Single slot is a must for me too for overall system choice flexibility.
