Post the pictures from GPU-Z (sensor screen too) when you playing a game or you have some LOAD on the GPU.

Also when you lose the signal try pressing CTRL + WINDOWS BUTTON + SHIFT + B (at the same time) and see if you get the image back.

I already tried that key combination and it didn't work unfortunately

Its a bit weird that GPU Clock shows as 6 mhz .. , can you extend the GPU-Z sensor window so we can see all the information? And put some load on the GPU ( open a game at the same time )

Es un poco extraño que el reloj de GPU muestre 6 mhz. ¿Puedes ampliar la ventana del sensor GPU-Z para que podamos ver toda la información? Y ponga algo de carga en la GPU (abra un juego al mismo tiempo)

In which parts of the event viewer can I see it?
Should be the first thing you see there. If you click on any of the errors, it'll show which application they're connected to.

I'm assuming Rainbow Six Siege? I can check with my 5700XT if issue replicates but I'm on W11.

Usually running DDU, offline installing the driver fixes AMD stuff.

Same card here. Had the issue after installing the latest drivers, that and terrible performance, so AMD's messed up something again... my fix was fully uninstalling the drivers then offline installing a particular version, Enterprise (or "Pro") 22.Q4 offline, that fixed it. Sometimes updating the drivers is worse than not updating them.

Try to emulate the behaviour with synth tools, try Furmark, that'll push the card to the max, if it crashes try rolling back the drivers, if it still crashes with the older drivers then download Afterburner and disable ULPS (this *might* be the cause of the 6MHz), if it still crashes after that... well it could be CPU related, memory, PSU, no way to tell without fully diagnosing the PC.

Fill in your specs if you can, it'd be easier knowing what your whole PC is, oh and there are plenty of 750 watt power supplies, some are trash some are not, some are not even close to being 750W.

Hablo algo espanol pero solo privado, no público, mods no permiten.

I have done what you have told me and it has not worked for me, the temperatures are not working either because while I have done the test in the game it used to be around 60 degrees the graphics was bought from aliexpres and I changed the bios because since I thought it could be That's the error but they changed the bios and it keeps happening to me I don't know what the solution could be
