need some help to flash back a RX470

Hello.
You have to download and use version 2.93

I did, on a win10 install.

I flashed the card with the rom provided. The flashed seemed to say that it was the same rom that was already in it (no difference between the previous rom number and the one I used to flash it) ... and unfortunatly, this card seems still to be unusable except for mining... maybe there's another ROM to use ??

@krrkrr There aren't many pictures of board ID E382 on the internet. Can you confirm it has a 8 pin PCI-e power connector?
If it is a 8 pin PCI-e power connector and the bios of Imperator doesn't work, can you make a clear picture of the PCB for us?
