I may be understanding this wrong but, currently, the FSB of the q9450 @ 2.66 GHz is 1333 MHz, right? Well, with Nehalem, the FSB will stay @ 133 MHz, even if you OC the hell out of it, right?

Stop calling it the FSB, it'll only serve to confuse you more. It's not 'the FSB', the front side bus is gone now. It's been replaced with QPI point-to-point interconnects, and the QPI speed does not determine the CPU clock rate. The reference clock does. That's what the 133MHz is, the reference clock, what the AMD camp calls the HTT, or whatever. Reference clock is more universal.

CPU-Z only says 'FSB' because it doesn't know any better, it doesn't support Nehalem yet.

Unless you have an Extreme Edition chip with an unlocked multiplier, overclocking will work just like Intel and AMD does now - increase the FSB (Intel)/reference clock (AMD).
