I like it already (especially the wood panels, ram & storage capacity), well, except for that silly headphone hook, which I have always thought was a stupid idea, but otherwise bring it, IF the price is reasonable, of course :)
 
If that model still has a single fan radiator supporting that 14900K, its going to thermal throttle.

I wonder if they had the sense to increase the depth of the case enough for a 240 AIO to be used for the CPU.
The main complaint on the previous version was insufficient cooling and thermal throttling.
Only using a 120 AIO was a major contributor to that.
 
I am curious: are the capping the performance of the CPU to control the heat off the CPU???
If I had something like that, I would find a way to change that CPU 120 to 240 rad... The fan is in place.

A 240 does not fit on the side panel, it has been tried on a YouTube tech channel.

Dang, I a curious how far off it was. It could take a moding company to get in there, move some parts around, and make it work.

I almost wish the case itself was sold solo. Extreamly nice!
 
Polishing a turd much! This joke of a case has been shown in multiple reviews to have woefully substandard cooling to the point that I wont be suprised if there is a class action. How did a company as big as Corsair make so many fundemental mistakes? did they not think that once it was out in the wild, it would get reviewed for the POS that it is. Christ, even the original CS1 had better cooling, and it was a smaller volume case.

And it seems this SI hasn't learned a damn thing from all of said reviews, instead choosing to slap a logo on it and think no one will notice, f*** off already.

It appears that companies may not prioritize extensive product testing before releasing it to the market. I believe that either the answer is no, or the amount of testing conducted is insufficient. I have discussed this issue with various companies, both large and small. While having a few test cases may be satisfactory, having more thorough testing would be highly beneficial.

Also, I have provided detailed, hands-on feedback to explain the importance of this approach (cases / water-cooling parts). I understand the importance of companies diversifying services for long-term sustainability and growth.
