What kind of cpu cooling are you using? That seems to be important factor in that chip not getting too warm. ;)

Another question. What are you using the computer for? Are you needing higher single or multi core performance?

I’m confused, don’t worry it doesn’t take much.

So you are running an all core oc? You manually entered a voltage and multiplier value? And cores on ccx1 are at 47 and ccx2 is 46? I can’t help you there as I have not overclocked like that..

I have a dark hero board, it can switch between all core oc per ccx and PBO with the dynamic oc switch.

Below a certain TDC it's PBO ( 90 amps), above it will switch to 47/46 oc.

That's a really good AIO. I have 2 of them. Considering what you do, you want PBO and Curve Optimizer. Your temps look good. Just make sure it's stable. Run OCCT for an hour and make sure you aren't getting errors. I strongly believe the "what am I doing with my system" is a vital question. For example, I do distributed computing and get significantly more work done with a manual all-core overclock. Generally I run 4.4gh all core on 1.18v. I keep it conservative to keep temps in the high 50's and low 60's under heavy load.

Great!

I was just wondering about the temps spikes when like opening tabs or launching a program, sometimes up to 70c for few sec.

Also i saw the voltage going up to 1.5 and staying around 1.4 during gaming but apparently its normal pbo behaviour, if i use cinebench it will drop to 1.23

I have the pbo curve set with - 15/-30
Boost +100
Not sure if i should let the limits I've set ot just run auto
