The noblechairs Hero features a unique design and solid build quality and promises to be very comfortable even if you happen to weigh over 100 kg. Is it worth its high asking price of $440, though?

I have just purchased this chair from OcUK. I went for the Black & Blue PU leather version. I paid £309.99 GBP.

It came is a huge box that weighs about 28kgs. Took me about 30 minutes to complete the assembly as some parts are per-assembled.

Wow - this is an impressive looking chair and it looks very professional in a home/office. Reviews had said that it is for larger framed people and cushioning is firm but for me it is great (I am 5'11" and weigh 95kgs). The seat is firm but comfortable even during an 8 hour working day. The backrest is nice and high with good lumbar support that is adjustable on this model. I do not need the included lumbar pillow. The headrest (as with all chairs) is a bit too far back to rest my head but with the included head pillow that fits onto the back, it is great for taking short breaks. Arm rests are also padded and adjustable, just right for my arms. Lastly, the castors are nice and big so they move easily even on carpet.

This is a really good quality chair with good quality materials and stitching is subtle but good looking. It won't suit pure gamers looking for racing car seat style but for comfort, it is great. There is also a slightly cheaper version called "Icon".

For that price I would expect two, in real leather.

The SRP is £349.99 and the real leather is £579.99 (going for 509.00 on sale).
