Wow, huge difference in price. And is it me, or is that GT 260 (cant believe they stuck with this name but then again they couldnt call it the 10800 GTX :roll:

and so quick on the heels of the 9800 GTX to boot) with 896MB of 684 bit (or whatever it is) as uber odd in memory and ringbus interface?

it is no too much different between 9800gx2 and gtx280 , so i think anyone take the low price

How is it not worth it?

In all of the current demanding games, it's shown itself to have lower minimum frames and complete smoothness than any other card to date. It gives you consistent playable experience at any resolution even in Crysis.

Maybe a bit costly, but that's a relevance issue. We know the price will come down a bit.

The GX2 would be more of a card that's not 'worth it,' as it has massive driver issues, serious stuttering problems, and serious minimum frame rate issues, much like the 3870X2.
