Benchmark Scores bench...mark? i do leave mark on bench sometime, to remember which one is the most comfortable. :o
"editors choice" for so many negatives... umm.. ok. Meanwhile you'll see clearance (i suspect b/c you are already starting to see these occasionally today) $299/$350 1080s for black friday shopping season. Just buy one of those, overlock it and save yourself $200+

I'd go for a 1080 or even used 1080 Ti anytime before this. Price/performance is light years beyond what 2070 has.
nope ... Vega 64... time to give the reds some money since the blue'n green take their customer for [censored], well if the Vega 64 price lower ... ALTHOUGH... since a 1080 is already at the same, or slightly higher, price of a Vega 64 for me ... my next choice is already made, since a Vega 64 is closer to a 1080Ti than a 1080 ... (950$+ for a 1080Ti  seriously ... )

Asus need to calm their chops. The cheapest few cards (including an MSI Armor card are about £460. The top end Asus Strix RGB GBH LOL STFU model is £660. £200 more than the entry models. I mean, seriously?

Seems the RoG tax is hitting GFX cards now.

Of course, with all that unsold inventory, that's was the exact intent. They'll always be those folks who must be the 1st one on the block to have the latest and greatest shiny thing and will be willing to pay an extra $150 for it. And any company who price those sales at what the "market will bear" has nothing but idiots in the boardroom. Meanwhile, that extra price boost also pulls up the 1080 and 1080 Ti to levels they wouldn't garner if the 2xx was being sold at what they will eventually settle at once the 1xxx inventory is exhausted.

Ah, totally forgot about Vega. It's performance has skyrocketed with driver updates. :toast:
