Free games? Hardly; just a great lie and bamboozlement.

I would rather pay $60-$100 less for my GPU's and decide what I want to do with the remaining $60-$100, be it games or other items.

Would have preferred COD over Watch dog Legions, the game runs like poo and looks like poo in my opinion. After trying the game for 5 hours(with drivers before the "optimised" driver release) getting 40+ fps no matter what settings im using. Just a typical Ubisoft game that runs like crap and I expect the same with AC Valhalla that got bundled with selected AMD CPUs.
