There is only one possibility.The RTX30 series video card will be manufactured using TSMC's 7nm process(refresh).30810(refresh)-3080ti.3070ti(refresh)-30810（Samsung 8nm）.3060ti 8g6x-3070.3068（7nm）-30612（samsung 8nm）.All 7nm GPU's will use GDDR6X memory.
And it can fill in the middle and low end range of the RTX40 series video card.
So.30810refresh=4070.3070ti（refresh）=4060ti.3060ti 8g6x=4060.3068=4050
