Yes, it does.

No I mean WDDM 2.0. Fermi was excluded last driver and nVidia said it would be added later.

Lol, when I ran a clean installation, it uninstalled my old stuff, restarted the PC automatically, and then did nothing. Now driverless!

Better go download the installer for a second time.
wait, why would you download again? the installer files are already on the hard drive (i dont mean the individual 280mb exe)

never heard of automatic restart, i always use custom+clean, will try these not so soon on 570m & 660 on win7

Consoles, even the Xbone and PS4, often render at even lower than 720p.
the new ones do? show me... most ps4/xb1 games are 1080 or 900, it's potentially plausible for 720 if the game dev went overkill with the graphics they want to push, but below 720 sounds like FUD or a stupid dev

now ps3/360 are another story of course, most are 720 & a lot go below https://forum.beyond3d.com/threads/list-of-rendering-resolutions.41152/

LOL.... who ever played at that resolution?! Even before widescreen.... I'd say 1024x768 died back in 1998....

I dunno if I can play though, I'm still using 1680x1050!
uhm, i didnt get 1024x768 until 2002 & i didnt leave it until 2008, while 1366x768 is on most laptops

1680x1050 is the second worst resolution, you cant pixel accurately fit 1080p content properly, you cant fit 4:3 1600x1200 properly (i guess 1440x900 is the same)

1280x1024 is the worst resolution, 5:4 is too square, too idiotic... although it does happen to fit 720p

1920x1200 is the best resolution, perfect fit for 1080p content, perfect fit for 1600x1200, nice vertical space for OS usage, closest to golden ratio (i know 1680 & 1440 also are)

No I mean WDDM 2.0. Fermi was excluded last driver and nVidia said it would be added later.
wouldnt they announce it? if they dont, wouldnt it be news?

Don't pay any attention to these young bucks man. Some of them haven't even sprung a hair on their bro globes yet never mind having a real job. I'm still rocking a Xeon E5603 and a Quatro 4000 in my work rig and I see no reason to upgrade. I hope you get your upgrade soon. If not enjoy that stability of established hardware and mature drivers :)

Whom do I need to twitter bomb for them to fix OpenCl/DX9 sharing?

I have been beyond disappointed with nvidia's drivers, not to mention feature regression...So many bullshit problems, especially since Windows 10, and almost none of them have been fixed or even seem to be in the process of being fixed.

I thought (*hyperbole*) nvidia's driver team was bigger AMD's entire staff...Priorities seem massively out of whack.

I couldn't give any less of a shit about unreleased/currently unsupported by W10 VR support when my regular display is still flickering, but now also randomly momentarily green screening with the latest driver. I do not give a damn about them having the first DX12 support in an Indie game when MadVR support is essentially broken. If I had paid $1000+ for 2 gpus that can't function properly as a pair, yet can rest assurred Gameworks will be fully functioning to slow down Phantom Pain upon release, I would be equally pissed off.

Seriously ya'll...WTF?

Nothing wrong with that resolution. It still works good and it's almost 1080p. I still have my Samsung SyncMaster 226CW that I purchased around 7-8 years back. About half of the capacitors on the power board went bad, but I picked up replacement ones for about $18 (with shipping) and spent about 45 minutes to replace them and the monitor runs like new - no more flickering or the random black screen.

I let my daughter use the monitor with her computer and she runs her couple of racing games on it with a GT 730 and the games run very well.

It probably has two renders, one for DX 11 and one for DX12, like Cin 5 has one DX9 mode and one DX11 mode
it actually had 3 renders
DX11 Render (been there all along)
DX12 Render (Latest, show up around windows 10 lunch)
and AMD Mantle Render (pre-DX12, been there for months, removed when windows 10 lunched)

i hope you can find it, that sounds ridiculous... also AAA games run 1080 or 900, seriously i dont hear about 720

as the life cycle goes on, games do not lower resolution, that's not what happened in previous gens, particularly with ps3 struggling for years where devs had to lower and/or remove objects from the screen compared to 360, but the multiplatform titles had parity in the end
