Its ok fan, dont get all upset about it..

And yes its "good" in gaming but as a whole it fails, either you like it or not :p

your calling me a fan? really?

How does it fail when its faster then AMDs flagship for cheaper price(or was), less heat, less power consumption, etc.? The only thing its not as good as previous gen nvidia cards is Direct Compute, but its a gaming card so who cares about Direct Compute. Only thing that fails about it in my eyes is that it is not on the shelves.

NVIDIA teased what could be an upcoming product on its Facebook page. The teaser picture shows a black surface with NVIDIA "eye" logo etched onto it, and a caption that reads "It's Coming". Speculation is rife, on what that could be. Our own guess is that that's a graphics card pictured with the top of its cooler facing upwards, and rear panel bracket facing forwards (one could see what look like the exhaust vents). Could this be the dual-GPU GeForce GTX 690, or something entirely different? We know for one that this most definitely has something to do with the GeForce brand (and not other brands such as Tegra, Tesla, Quadro, etc.,) since it was posted on the NVIDIA GeForce Facebook page.

Because of the Alien heads (they aren't screws) I'd say it's a Alienware M18x gaming notebook with dual GTX680M on water? The GTX680 were design from the off to be more power efficient than AMDs Zero Core so the Mobile SLI version would be an ideal combination. The 'stripes' could just be the cooling? Gotta be something special for this mystery-hype.

Here is my attempt at using Alien Skin which doesn't pixelate in order to blow this image up. Can't do much about the noise without destroying detail. On the second image there is a black 'block' on the top left-hand side and just below is a red one. Could be nothing but check out the second image.

Who knew

Maybe that is why they reduced the amount of transistors in the Kepler hey ...Nvidia take no back seat, the twin 570 did a purpose to by time for the Kepler and the reduction... Now rocks the big boy...Take crown away,,

It was the GTX690, launch is between the April 30th - May 5th - link.

Not sure whats happening to the AMD 7990 as many thought that would arrive before Nvidia, and that Nvidia was waiting for AMD to move first and yet again spoil the party. That didn't happen, I hope AMD sort out the clocks and try at least coming within 10% of the GTX690. Dilemma deciding aftermarket-GTX680s, custom PCBs or GTX690 to shave a bit off the price. Exciting times ahead for your bank manager! ;)

what I think is the 7990 will come out and then the NVIDIA GTX690 will come out that is why the Kepler was totally shrunk ....Cant wait YIPPY!!!!!!!!!!!bring it on.,
