NVIDIA TITAN RTX Graphics Card Launching Soon

No issue with that at all, my point is you can buy a RTX 2080 Ti for less than the price of a 295X2, bringing up a Titan Z is completely missing the point.
I understand, but my point was why it was priced like that. Either way it was a pointless price since 2 R9 290X's were cheaper and better hence why I bought three of them for roughly the same price.

I honestly don't blame you, single GPU all day long, but an extra card never hurts.

The distain for the Titan brand in this thread isn't a surprise, but as you point out moving away from a poor multi-GPU solution or simply not wanting to wait years for something better is the market they fill, and they fill it well.
Well I bought my card because I didn't want to wait, my only regret was not buying the water block and water cooling it. At this point I've given up the argument over the Titan name branding. I still think it confuses the lineup a bit just like AMD's Vega naming as they are both mostly using cool names to sound...well cool. Plus at this point its established enough people should know what it is (Albeit I think Titan V kinda threw that off a little again as it was more professional vs gaming but I think because of the price no one was buying that card strictly for gaming except those who buy a Lamborghini as a grocery getter).

Meh, I will judge this card when everything is announced.
