Well, it is like I said (check comparison in link above if you don't belive me).
Sure CPU Score is 1/4, but Graphics Score is higher on C2D.

btw i have a problem , when i try to overclock the CPU in the bios the CPU always returns to the original values (the same thing for the pci e frequency) and currently i am overclocking by gigabyte's easy tune 5 pro and it's really shit , so what should i do ??

That usually indicates an unstable overclock. My P43 board is a Gigabyte board and when the settings I try aren't bootable it reverts to original clocks. Sometimes with the software overclocks, you can run at a frequency that wouldn't be boot stable but you won't necessarily get a blue screen. If you are prime stable (or whatever stability program you want to use) with the software clocks but still can't boot with them set that way in the BIOS then something else is up.

the stock FSB for my E7600 is 266 if i set it at 267 (only +1) the bios doesn't accept it and returns to original values , while i am running my E7600 on 326 FSB using overclock software .
the only values that bios accept are 200 and 266 and 333 .

Damn.... well, I know some of those programs have the option to apply the overclock on every startup so you could do that (even though it sounds like you don't particularly like the program). You could set the FSB to 333 in the BIOS and set your memory dividers so that your memory is close to its default speed which would get you 333 x 11.5 = 3.83GHz for the CPU. Other than that..... you might have to deal with the inconveniences or switch to a more modern setup for cheap (which would still stomp this setup in terms of performance).

Well from what I been seeing according to Firestrike results the very best result with E7600(OC on 3,7Ghz) and GTX 750 TI(OC) is around 3,400-3,700 P comparing to the more powerful CPU´s where results are somewhere in between 4,300-5,000 P....so in short yes you have an bottleneck with that CPU but if you don´t mind few FPS less in games and you are on tight budget then keep saving money until you can get something better.......

my cpu voltage range is 0.850v-1.360v and for now i can't go more then 3.6Ghz with 1.300v because the pc crashes immediately, so how much should i set the voltage to reach 3.8 or 4.0 Ghz???
The main problem with your system is that stupid 945 board. From what I remember (last time I OCed a C2D or C2Q about 10 years ago), is that even my P5Q Pro was barely able to push my E8400 past 4.2GHz, and that's at much higher voltage(in the ballpark of 1.5V) and a big-ass TT Big Typhoon on top of lapped CPU package. And that was only done for fun and testing purposes. I think the most I was able to get out of it was a bit over 4.3GHz just for a few benchmarks.

One thing I know for sure: with that board and stock cooling you won't go far. Scrap the whole thing and get some new hardware. Even if you decide to get a decent P45 board and some cooling, you may run into some issues (mostly age-related component degradation, which may prevent you from overclocking or make some cool stinky fireworks).

thats what i am doing right now , the easy tune 5 pro applies the OC at startup , but i really hate it and wish if i can overclock by bios , i've tried it with my old pentium E2200 and didn't work , i've updated bios to the last update and ...... doesn't work .

yes i know i really hate the 945 chipset i dont know what i was thinking about when i bought it , the most thing i hate about it that it doesn't support quad core processors , before i buy this core 2 duo i bought an awesome core 2 quad q6700 but i've noticed that it's not supported.
