See my edited post above
I tried the first steps but nothing, I don't know how to switch to the other bios and how to update the bios in cpu and having a black screen?

Where does the light stay on? Or does it go through them all?
They go through them all

Might want to try the integrated graphics as well to mitigate any PCIe / graphics card issues.
No pci isue I try with different card and different port but same problem

Sometimes buying a new Cable could also work. It sounds like the hand off is proper if the MB is running through all the lights and then shutting off, that should mean that everything checked out. What spec are your cables?

I have asked the same question, on some boards there maybe a switch on others it should change to 2nd BIOS if the 1st has an issue/doesn't boot etc, haven't found any info regarding OP's board and specifically how the dual bios works, found the manual lso https://www.manua.ls/gigabyte/x470-aorus-ultra-gaming/manual?p=4 maybe something in that, upon quick inspection it shows M_BIOS and B_BIOS though I see no BIOS switch

Do you have another system/friend/family member you can test out the parts? at this stage something may be broken and my main suspect would be the board which I am thinking is not in warranty as it's quite an old board now (warranty wise anyway)

The circled part indicates you have two physical bioses. M_ probably means main, and B_ probably backup. I reviewed the manual and I found no details on switching between them. You may have to reach out to gigabyte support for that answer (could be a jumper somewhere).

The arrow shows 4 LED's that are more for diagnosing POST errors. Please tell us the status of those LED's.

Swap GPU to different one (Nv card 20-series or older) or legacy AMD one (GCN), alternatively borrow APU from someone and unplug Vega card.
Go to BIOS and enable CSM (leave it in EFI mode for booting/storage devices).

Alternative if this doesn't work is to force disable 4G decoding and ReBAR support.

IF everything else fails, there IS a slight chance picture on screen will eventually come up (within 5-10 minutes), assuming OS boot sequence still works. ^This only works if Windows has issues and tries to reinstall GPU driver (you can try unplugging and connecting again monitor cable [DP/HDMI], to force monitor detection - as unlikely to work as it may be...). If you already had drivers installed, you should see Windows desktop (regardless of EFI/CSM mode in BIOS, and again assuming windows booting works as intended).

Side note :
Updating BIOS on enabled Secure Boot might "nuke" your boot OS, unless you have security keys saved somewhere (that thing with CrowdStrike).
Also, don't do Ultra Fast boot or hibernation "shut down" - it's a real pain to deal with, when they fail to shut down PC correctly (those things skip POST step and go straight to Windows, under usual Fast Boot - you should be able to setup time (in seconds) how long POST screen is meant to be shown).
I assume you have NVMe OS drive (and Windows 10) ?

Note latérale:
Yes i don't update the bios with secure boot , i active the secure boot after the update , the fast boot it's always disabled, i have one nvme and my OS it's w10

Funny thing I notice that I went back to the f64a version of my bios while I was in f65

OK after reboot my pc return same problem ....

still black screens but I can return to the bios menu despite everything

Funny thing I notice that I went back to the f64a version of my bios while I was in f65

The latest is F65b and the one before F64

I assume F65b is a beta, so maybe stick with F64?
