Decent ergonomics and specs for a business class monitor, I'm not sure about the price though.
 
Definitely a good price, compared to 34" ultrawide gaming screens. Those usually have more features of course, but also push past $1,000.
 
5 yr warranty, a lot nicer than the typical 1 yr warranty.

A lot of basic monitors here (Canada) 1 yr.

Dell and more expensive ones 3 years.
