Something didn't seem right with my Drive performance so I did it clean install of windows 11 and had some significant performance in my obtain P5800X and P 5801X.

You guys using Optanes, is it better to use the OG Intel driver even when its no longer maintained? What exact driver version would you suggest please? I have 5x 905P.

I use this one, I do find it improves my scores 1-2% - this should let you select the drive once you install it manually using 'have disk' on the storage controller.

How to Update Drivers on Windows 11

Avoid malware and get your Windows 11 driver updates from the safest sources.

Look at the 'manual section' from that URL for some generic explanations but basically in device manager you are looking for 'Storage Controllers' it probably says Standard NVM Express Controller now, you'll want to update that to the one I uploaded (just extract the zipped files first) and point to that in the 'have disk' section. If you have more than just that 1 NVMe drive installed you might see multiple of them so only update the controller that has the optane drive installed. You can either make sure the optane is the only disk installed (if your boot drive) to make it simpler, otherwise the have disk option will only show the optane drive on the controller that actually has it installed, so some trial and error if multiple drives installed.
