Here is the first picture of PowerColor Radeon HD 79xx PCS graphics card (note how the last two digits of the model number are blacked out). It seems this card is PowerColor's Radeon HD 7950 PCS, with which it will start its HD 7950 lineup. From this fairly large, and fairly clear picture PowerColor released, one can make out its new PCS (professional cooling system) cooler design, which uses a slightly larger aluminum fin-stack heatsink than the one found on previous generation PCS coolers. Heat is drawn from the GPU and conveyed to this fin-stack a number of nickel-plated copper heat-pipes (we count four). The heatsink is ventilated by two 80 mm fans. The card appears to stick within the confines of two expansion slots.

looks like What Sapphire would Use on their Toxic/VaporX series, even their second non ref release series

I know this looks like a Sapphire card even their colors lol.

Seems like a Sapphire color scheme

hopefully reviews and release can't be far behind

minor aesthetics aside the cooler is almost exactly as my Sapphire 6870 Dirt3 Edition

really?

I think that "it looks just like Sapphire card" has to be said at least few more times

Hey it looks like Sapphi[THIS CONTENT HAS BEEN BLOCKED BY SOPA/PIPA]

Not that I want to add to the sapphire comments.
Its true, scrolling past it a few time did I notice its was powercolor.

Nice looking Card.

Totally looks like a Sapphire card, but that isnt new. They did it on (at least) the 6800 series as well.

Oddly, even with almost the same-looking cooler design it wasnt of the same performance/noise characteristics from every review I read...but when they look the same and powercolor is cheaper, that is probably a winning formula worth repeating.

How do you say? "fugly but functional"

And here is the Sapphire card it sadly doesn't look like one.
