Hey did you post something earlier about a soundcard disappearing? Or was that someone else...? I had same problem last week....
After spilling coffee on my 7950 and frying the vrm's I threw in a backup 3100 then got a string of resource allocation errors.
I checked AIDA which showed all PCI slots in use, even though they were not. Took about 5mins to fix just reseating the card and updating the PCI-e driver. If it wasn't you then just ignore me..lol
If you want to try I can give u a bios with updated NIC Oproms to flash....up to you. Is yours realtek marvel or intel?
