Hey okay thats how I installed the bios to the amd card but I'll try again thanks but mind I'm using a gtx card to flash the card

Try the command line flash that I suggested if that doesn't work the only other solution is to get a SPI programmer and find the BIOS chip on the card itself but I'm thinking that this right the BIOS chip on that card is screwed up

hey man yeah Ive bought a programmer to just force a bios onto the chip and see if the chip has died (bios Chip) or someone flashed a bios on with a programmer that atiflash is unable to overwrite so about Friday next week I should have the programmer and ill give it another go as it seems to just be a bios issue not hardware

Just punch up the one that's on the board itself look at the model number and just punch it in you'll see Distributors of that said chip

Hey guys can I ask how does the 1 to 8 pin shot work as each time I try it I get atiflash say no adapter detected then when I remove the short bridge still says the same so is the bios chip just broken or what as I'm at a loss

Well can you walk me through how you're meant to do it as when I use atiflash - I I get fail but I am able to write and read from the chip with a ch341 programmer

Okay thanks mate but I just used atiflash - ai and it says no vbios

After I have programmed a bios on the card that seems to have took but for some reason won't fully apply at a guess any thoughts
